Be honest.. how much exercise do you really get a week?

I dont get any really. Drive to work, sit down all day at my job, dont do anything else like classes, sports etc.. Its bad news but I still havent found anything I really like :emb:

I walk the girls to school and back so thats 4 trips 5 times a week, each taking 15 to 20 minutes. I also try to use the exercise bike as often as I can, some weeks I will use it 3-5 times for about 30-40 minutes and then other weeks like last week it got used once :D

I doubt I will be using it much this week either as I have just started on my marathon decorating session, half way through the kitchen at the mo... mind you thats exercise too ;)

I have been really good the last month and trying hard to do more exercise- also going for my body magic at SW.

I use my wii fit plus or personal trainer alot. At the weekend I do try to go for at least 1 walk with Joseph because it is helping him build up his strength.

It is hard work Jack.

It is a SW incentive to encourage you to do more exercise. I have had to do a min. 3x20minute sessions a week and maintain it for 4 weeks.

I got my bronze award tonight.

For my silver I have to work up to 6x20minute sessions and maintain it for 6 weeks!!!

Gold is (I think) 6x30minutes for 6 weeks

and platinum is you do exercise without thinking about it- it becomes a way of life.

I don't drive so that means i walk everyday. On a Thursday eve i do yoga for 90mins. But its not enough but its a start. I would like to go see what class's they have at the local sports center but want to wait until the evenings are lighter as i don't want to walk back in the dark. Yoga is ok its a 2 minute walk home but the center is 20 minutes away.

I do like slimming world for their incentives, they really know how to motivate you. I could

never get my head around their diet though. They're leaders are always really positive and

helpful. Hmm nearly talked myself into giving them another go :)
